Connect your inventory to AutoVue AI

Complete both parts below to get your inventory syncing automatically. Part 1 sets up your data export, Part 2 connects it to AutoVue AI.

One-time setup — takes about 5 minutes
⚠️

Before you start: you'll need your DealerCenter Account ID (your DCID). You already have it — it's in your DealerCenter settings. Nobody needs to send you a code.

Part 1 — Set up your data export

Go to Settings → Inventory → Export

Log in to DealerCenter, click Settings, then find Export under the Inventory section.

Search for AutoVue and activate

In the search box type AutoVue, then click Activate next to AutoVue.AI.

Type "AutoVue", then click Activate next to AutoVue.AI

Enter your Account ID and save

In the Manage AutoVue.AI window, enter your DealerCenter Account ID, confirm the settings below, then click Save.

  • Account ID — your DealerCenter Account ID (DCID), the same one shown in your DealerCenter settings
  • Leave Call for Price switched off
  • Publish — All Vehicles in In Inventory
  • Send Cost — Agree To Send Cost
Part 2 — Connect to AutoVue AI

Go to Settings → Inventory → Import

In the same Settings sidebar, click Import under the Inventory section.

Select Another System and choose Auto Vue AI

Configure the import source and frequency as shown below.

  • Select Another System for where you manage your inventory
  • Choose Auto Vue AI from the system dropdown
  • Enter your dealership email address
  • Set frequency to Automated Nightly Feed
  • Check all boxes under Inventory Update Settings

Enable the toggle settings

Scroll down on the same Import page and confirm all toggles are set as shown.

Update information in existing DealerCenter inventory, if a matching vehicle record is found
Do not update the status on vehicles which are associated to a DealerCenter deal
Update Inventory Only. Do Not Import New Inventory
Replace Inventory's all images regardless of how they were uploaded into DealerCenter

💡 Settings save automatically — there is no save button.

Reply to the approval email from DealerCenter

DealerCenter will send an approval email for the import setup. Reply to that email confirming your approval to complete the connection. AutoVue AI will begin syncing your inventory that night.

You're all set

Once you reply to the approval email, your inventory will sync into AutoVue AI automatically every night.
